RMA

Before sending an inquiry, please carefully read about the procedure below.
In line with our company RMA procedure please complete all details:

  1. • Full reason for the return must be stated.
  2. • Failure to complete all the details correctly will invalidate your claim.
  3. • We will issue a Return Material Advice (RMA) number and we ask that you ensure the goods are returned to the address below, within 3 working days from the RMA no. issue date.

  5. • Failure to comply may invalidate the processing of your claim.

ServerDirect Warranty does not cover the following:

  1. • Product with non-original warranty or ID stickers attached.
  2. • Any alterations, modifications or removal of any original labels or barcodes on the product.

Returns will not be accepted if it is not in the original packaging or adequately packaged. If the part(s) pass our test and you cannot provide any further proof of failure then it (they) will be returned to you and an invoice will be sent for research costs.
Please note, the form is for one product at a time and fields with a (*) are required.
If the product is found not to be defective we will charge minimum research costs of 50,- Euro excl. VAT and freight costs depending on quantity, weight and size.
* One of the two fields, either Invoice Date or Order Number, must be completed.
