Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Specialist - ServerDirect

Role Summary: The RMA Specialist will be responsible for managing and processing all product returns, ensuring that products are replaced, repaired, or refunded in a timely manner, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review and authorize return requests, ensuring all required documentation is provided.
2. Coordinate with the logistics team to facilitate product returns.
3. Inspect returned items, determine the reason for the return, and decide on the appropriate action (repair, replace, refund, etc.).
4. Maintain accurate records of all RMA transactions.
5. Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates on return status and addressing any concerns.
6. Collaborate with the technical team to understand product issues and ensure swift resolutions.
7. Continuously improve the RMA process, enhancing efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in customer service, returns handling, or a related field.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Familiarity with business software is a plus.
