What is the warranty period for my product?

The ServerDirect servers distinguish themselves because they have technical people with love and passion for their profession. Our assembly department only works with the latest, most efficient and custom-made parts of the highest quality level. Of course it can happen that a server supplied by us becomes defective. In that case, ServerDirect ensures by means of the right support packages that your server will be back online soon.


Carry-in

The entry-level service, which is provided on all ServerDirect servers, is a standard 1-year carry-in, unless of course stated otherwise on the quotation or order. You can call our support department during office hours.
During the conversation, a diagnosis is made as to which part is defective. You must return the defective product to us at your own expense.
The defective part will be repaired or replaced by us with the same or similar product and returned at our expense. Only fully completed RMA application forms will be processed.

All standard components and modules are available from ServerDirect. Please contact us in case you want your repair to be handled urgently.

The Carry-in offers the following benefits:

  • Response time within 8 hours during working days;
  • Hotline available Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm;
  • Supplied as standard with every server, unless stated otherwise.
  • Carry-in only applies to individual parts.
  • Standard 1 year carry-in provided on all servers sold unless otherwise stated.

Express exchange

The ideal entry-level service which can be delivered at an additional cost on all ServerDirect servers. You can call our support department during office hours. During the conversation, a diagnosis is made as to which part is defective. The replacement part will be sent in advance to any address. Part will be invoiced, this invoice will be credited if the defective part is returned within 30 days. The defective part must be returned by you.

The Express exchange offers the following benefits:

  • Response time within 8 hours during working days;
  • Parts are shipped from central warehouse;
  • The part is repaired or replaced with the same or similar product;
  • Hotline available Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm;
  • Part will be shipped in advance if in stock, defective part must be returned within 30 days.

On-site next business day
