  • We will then issue a Return Material Advice (RMA) number and we ask that you ensure the goods are returned to the address below, within 3 working days from the RMA no. issue date.

  • Product with non-original warranty or ID stickers attached
  • Any alterations, modifications or removal of any original labels or barcodes on the Product

If the part(s) pass our test and you cannot provide any further proof of failure then it (they) will be returned to you and an invoice will be send for research costs.
