Job Description:
As an administrative assistant at ServerDirect, you play a crucial role in our daily operations. You ensure a smooth administrative workflow and help our company function efficiently and effectively.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Processing incoming and outgoing invoices.
   
2. Managing customer and supplier data in Exact Online.
   
3. Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings.
   
4. Create periodic reports.
   
5. Managing the creditor and debtor administration.
   
6. Providing support to the sales and assembly team where needed.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of a vocational level 4 diploma in a relevant field.
   
2. Experience with administrative processes and tasks.
   
3. Familiarity with Exact Online is a plus.
   
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
   
5. Ability to work accurately and in a structured manner.
   
6. Proactive attitude and the willingness to learn and grow within the company.
